If a company wants to self-destruct under SJW pressure then they can go right ahead. I only have an issue with SJW involvement in government; the free market punishes companies that sabotage themselves in the name of "ethics". No one will buy this calendar and it will be remembered as an embarrassment.

This is a terrible move by Pirelli. The market for these calendars is not uptight SJWs. It's blue collar working men who like a little eye candy in the shop.

I imagine sales for this calendar will be dismal and Pirelli will go back to a more titillating calendar next year to reclaim lost revenue.

Sliver lining in the media's 'end of men' & 'women make all the decisions now' coverage of this (referencing the NYT article today), is that they are doing a really good job of making the point that feminism = censorship = kill all fun. Also, when I was a kid, before the internet, Pirelli calendar was famous because you couldn't buy it (it's a gimme for their suppliers / dealers). So, they said, back then, hey you, ordinary kid, can't see the nekid supermodels, and whoa, are you missing out! Too fucking bad. Now Pirelli is all sanctimonious with their b + w portraits of hedge fund managers and Yoko Ono (!) and wants to lecture us about how we should treat women with some g.d. respect!
