I was mobed by a group of women at a party at the age of 15. My shirt ripped off, oiled up and pushed on the stage. I clearly told them no. but they only thought i was playing hard to get. It didnt stop them. I was given some simbolic reward for winning a contest they made up and i didnt sign up for. And i didnt want to be in. As a 15 yo boy i didnt know what to do. Matt Lauer used his position and influence with the company to manipulate and pressure his subordinates into having sex with him. FFS he literally had a button where he locked girls in his office.
