So a little storytime: I was in a 5 year committed relationship with my S/O when a few months ago it all came crashing down. It all started when she went out to meet with her ex-boyfriend from highschool. I'm obviously totally cool about it because hey I trust my girlfriend that's the point of a relationship right? So putting this timeline into context they met on Friday and this whole story takes place over a 3 day time period.

Friday: Girlfriend sends me a text that shes off to meet her ex-boyfriend for lunch while I'm at work (girlfriend is an air-hostess so she has periods where she's off work) and that is the last bit of contact I had with her for a while. I get off work at 5:30 and she went for lunch at around 12 so it seemed reasonable to me to expect her to be home. Girlfriend is nowhere to be found but it's okay maybe she went to out or is gone to the gym so I shoot her a message on whatsapp just casually asking where she is. Message is never opened... fast forward to 9:30pm and I'm a little bit concerned now. Not the jealous I want to know where my girlfriend is but the concern you have for someone you care about (or in this case someone I used to care about). She has been gone for over 9 hours and has made absolutely no contact with me so I message her sister and ask if she has heard from her, her sister reads my message and says absolutely nothing.

Saturday: The time rolls around to 12:30am and I'm sitting on the couch worried sick when I get a call from my girlfriend, she says she needs a ride from a hotel 30 minutes away, I immediately hop in my car and pick her up and despite my obvious curiosity I don't ask anything I'm just glad she's okay. She was quite clearly drunk so I let her sleep it off on the car ride home and when we get back to our apartment I help her stumble into bed where she immediately crashes and sprawls across the bed forcing me to sleep on the couch. I finally get some sleep at around 2:30am and wake up at 10am. Now at this point I'm pissed so I go to our bedroom to wake her up and get some answers but to my surprise she's gone again, no note no information just gone. I'm seething so I call her up and try to get some answers she doesn't pick up and is gone again all day. Now at this point I send her a text to get home or we're done because I'm not willing to be in a relationship where someone just walks off on me. still no response so I spend the rest of my day packing up her things and putting them in a box for her when she gets back and thank my lucky stars her name is not on the lease.

Sunday: After a nice sleep on a bed this time I wake up to a knock on the door at around 8am, I get out of bed and go to answer it and there is my girlfriend who immediately starts yelling at me for "trying to control her" and "forcing her with ultimatums". I let her rant for a few minutes before asking her where she has been for 2 days and this is where the story gets messed up. so on Friday when she met her ex-boyfriend for lunch he had apparently brought his current girlfriend and they had a few drinks. A few drinks turned into many and they end up having a threesome at his hotel room the same hotel I picked her up from. The next day she woke up early and took a cab back there to ruin our relationship and have fun instead of whatever we had. After listening to her story I handed her the boxes of her stuff and "guided" her out the door.

I'll admit I was lost for a while after this betrayal until I found this subreddit and I can gladly say it changed my life. I can now recognize that she is a cock gobbling slut who would rather choose a man child who works at a gas station and is constantly high than someone with well paying job in finance. I've embraced going to the gym, focusing on myself and being the best version of me instead of chasing after women now. I'm thankful for you my brothers.
