Ought to make paternity tests mandatory at the start of all pregnancies. Get the government to do it.

Then mandatory for any guy running around putting his name on documents. Weather he wants to know or not.

So now everybody knows, and there's nine full months for all parties to get their shit together.

Studies show consistent 30% of kids aren't related to the guy the woman has told is his.

Not saying all women are liars, just saying men's first reaction is to family it up and start providing, That's the paternity. We don't even consider she could have been sneaking around and now making you pay for her mistake. We just start taking care of things.

I think if the couple involved is unmarried and disagree on having a child, the person who doesn’t want the child should be able to file a “request to relinquish rights to make child support claims” and pay a standard filing fee to file at their local court (let’s just say this amount is $1000 for simplicity). The local government would then send notice to the other party involved stating they will have 3 months to either; accept, request a hearing, or do nothing. By accepting the terms and sending in a notarized copy of the form, they agree to relinquish their right to request child support will receive the full amount of the filing fee from the local government. By filing a request for a hearing, the person filing the request will also be subject to a filing fee of the same amount and both parties will be given a court date where a judge will hear each persons side and decide how to remedy the situation. If nothing is done, the person who received the notice relinquishes all rights to request child support from the other party involved.

He has just lost his appeal against the company for damages for the cost of bringing up the child he hadn't consented. The reason being that children are a blessing. It doesn't mention anything against the the woman which I find shocking. If it had been a forged signature to steal his money she would have been charged, yet for some reason because it's a human life there's no comeback. It sends a terrible message...

I heard of a law that was in the worked for exactly this. A woman can get an abortion at most like 22 weeks or something like that. This bill gives the guy the right to sign his parental rights away in that same amount of time. So if the girl doesn't want an abortion the guy can sign these papers and not have to pay child support or deal with anything. It's great. But again he gets the same amount of time to choose as the woman gets if she wants an abortion. Or she can "trip" down the stairs if he changes his mind after the we weeks. Lol

Unfortunately you can't really look at it like that. As unfair as it might be in some cases to the man, those rules were put in place for the best interest of the child. It might not be fair how the child got there, but the fact is, is that the child is there and its interest comes first.
