This trend of retroactively revoking consent is not really that much different from no fault divorce.
She gets involved with a man, regrets it, and then backs out and claims abuse and gets awarded for her bad decisions.
The only difference is that divorce requires marriage. Falsd accusations are like a smaller scale divorce.

Love tends to dry up. I would say maybe 1/10 marriages I've seen involve two kind people being caring. Most marriages include a nagging wife; who also belittles her husband frequently.
Love/infatuation doesn't last long.
Also it's the "most women don't, but any woman could." Most women don't divorce their husbands and take as much as they can, but any woman could; so why take such a huge risk? (To have kids; I guess, but a woman could take those as well)

If a woman loves me, why do we need to get married? If she knows that marriage could give her the option to no-fault divorce me and take everything and the prospect of that scares me, if she really loved me, she'd skip the wedding.
And if we did break up, she wouldn't feel entitled to ruin my life and my finances.

Companionship feels good, it can help you to achieve your goals if you’re in a supportive relationship. Also motivates you to work harder.
On the contrary, a relationship will make almost any goal more difficult (it can only help with having kids) because it sucks precious time that you could be using into actual productive activities, like studying, training, getting enough sleep, making new friends, working more, investing money, making stuff, creating art in any form, advancing your career, etc.
