I see marriage similar to this scenario- When you go to South East asian market or shop and show interest in a product. The shopkeep will rattle off a price extortionately high to start the bartering process. The smart and logical action is to just walk away as they aren't being reasonable.

There is no point engaging when the starting point is so damn high because if you engage then the bargaining frame has already been set.

Normally if you walk away and they still want your business they will then reframe the initial price to something much lower as such the power dynamic shifts to something more reasonable, and now potentially both parties can get something positive out of the engagement. The modern day simp would sit and try and bargain with the initial price and then feel okay when they get it to 50% of what was asked without realising that they still got ripped off blind.

Currently the price of marriage has an extraordinary price set on it psychologically, financially, socially. The positives don't out weigh the risks which include; Divorce, a woman in your life who will slowly assert control by subtle manipulation, gynocentric judicial system, losing financial control to the state.

Hence why not engaging in this current system and living by a philosophy of self affirmation is the way to go.

I think MGTOW is also a mindset. It is a different way (a better way) to perceive reality. I feel more powerful and focused with this mindset. Even though some of my friends don't agree that this mindset is healthy, they do feel jealous of me at times and wonder what keeps me this focused to what I do!
