As I mentioned when this was posted on AskTRP, this is a terrible idea and is asking for all sorts of recriminations from the girl.

Girls can interpret this sort of sexual bargaining as rape. They can feel it as rape. It's a terrible fucking line and a terrible idea. She'll feel coerced in an incredibly unsexy way.

You need to be SLIGHTLY more subtle about it. You say "ok, fair enough, I understand", and you get dressed and lead her to the door. You do not make any threats, you just withdraw all guest privileges.

If she wants to say "wait, I want to fuck you" then fair enough.... but there must be no bargains/threats. Don't say "if no sex then you have to leave", instead you very very gently but firmly tell her you have an early start and you need a good night's rest. It makes the world of difference.
