Rationally, I don't see it being an issue. The work is mutually beneficial with safety guaranteed, so I think you should absolutely do it if you feel comfortable with it.

The problem would be solely in my head. Looking at myself honestly, I see a lot of unnecessary prudishness and cognitive dissonance between what I think about sex and how I feel about it. I'm already pretty insecure as far as my SO's past relationships and current friendships with males. I think this would just add a whole nother layer of complexity I'd have to work through, and it'd bother me a ton because of how much it conflicts in my mind with my fictionalized "ideal" girl.

So, I don't think I could handle it. But that is because of my own insecurities, not because of your behavior. And I think others would have the same insecurities, but maybe wouldn't be as honest about them or would blame you instead of facing it themselves. So you would be doing something that would limit your datability, although indirectly.
