There is a reason why we have social constructs, to limit our destructive nature I.e. in the case of marriage prevent stds to further the survivability of the species.

Same with porn, outlet for men and women to prevent rape and de-stress. (Although you have to limit your experience with porn as much of the same stuff de-sensitized you. Similar to a drug addict taking harder drugs for the first high)

Social constructs are there for a reason. No one ever explains why and so people assume it's bad. Just a heads up guys next time you're in an argument explain why we have them. If their response is "in current year we don't need this social construct that has been around for millennia" then you've won because we know why said construct is there.
