Stop focusing on pook's claimed success and just absorb the message. It's all the same stuff that is preached all over this subreddit, just in a different writing style.

It's hard to make a judgement from three paragraphs of text, but honestly it sounds like your problem is you are boring, have a total lack of self confidence and probably don't put yourself in any situations where you could even hope to meet women (ex: social events).

Basically, you are me when I was around the same age. And I'll tell you, probably all you need is to start seriously lifting 2-4 times a week and stick with it for the next 12-24 months (shit takes time!), get some new hobbies, preferably ones that force you to leave the house and involve physical activity. Then at the same time, work on your self confidence. Stop caring so much what other people think of you. Does that girl think I am a 6 or an 8? Who gives a fuck what a girl thinks! Stop it. Get your hamster in check.

And if you are friend-less, well holy fuck, go makes some friends. Go walk up to people and talk to them, its not going to kill you, and they will probably be happy that someone has taken an interest in them!

Anyway. Keep reading the material here, but pay attention to the lesson behind the text, that is what you need to absorb. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else, that's just a distraction to keep you in a cycle of self-pitty oh woe is me i'll never succeed boo-hoo. Stop finding excuses to ignore the work you need to do. Did you actually go try any of the shit that pook wrote about? Why the fuck not?

What you need to do is start lifting and take ownership of your body. You can’t change your face. Stop worrying about it. Dude don't read it, it's outdated, just see the first 15 lessons..

Girls nowdays are fucking dumb, at 16 I was slaying pussy being ugly with a lot of acne and skinny... but in 10 minutes I was asking to them: do you swallow or spit? You just need to act like you want nothing from them at first and play around, treat them like one of your male friends.

You need to know girls, talk with them and have a social circle, and you will see that they are not worth that much that you is thinking now.

Pook is a toolbox that provides the right mindset for banging hotties. It is long and drags on spots so the strategy as with all recommended rp books is to take what you can use and reject what you cant after due consideration.

There is no such thing as incels, you choose to be celibate wether you realize it or not. While people say lift and it might be helpful, I don't fully agree. You dont need anything then who you are to get laid. However, I am a believer in always going after the best version of yourself you can imagine. If lifting helps that, do it, but you can laid often without going to a gym.

By calling yourself incel, you're shooting yourself in the foot and basically screaming at women you're pathetic, thirsty, and low value. You have to believe you are a prize women should work to earn, that no woman is worth lowering yourself for her pussy, and love your own life more than getting your dick wet.

My advice, stop trying to get laid and focus on seeing how far you can get with each woman without actually sleeping with her. Everything you do should not be to get laid, but because you don't care if you do or not. The more emotionally invested you are in a woman in any way, the less attractive you are to her. Your incel identity screams you're so emotionally and ego invested in sex that women can smell your ceepiness for miles.

Focus on having fun, doing things for yourself, and never let sex get more important than your non sex life.
