I think the question of where to meet younger women is a red herring here that distracts from your real problem, which seems to be that you don't approach.

There are attractive, younger women all over the place, but if you aren't approaching, then it doesn't matter.

Take classes, dance classes, special interest classes...anything where girls would go for those special interest activities.

This demonstrates a "passion" on your part, it demonstrates leadership. Also it allows plausible deniability. When I go to my Latin Dance classes I'm always finding girls in their 20's that want to bang a guy like me in his early 50's. They even admit it.

When I moved to a new town I got a pt job at a video store, I met almost everyone in town within a couple months and I knew who was taken and who was two-timing pretty quickly. This was just before all the internet entertainment. It’s amazing how many women hit on me at that gig, but it was a small town and I was fresh which helped.

With current entertainment and the online movement, it’s different. Online is where many meet others, they also run in social circles that bounce around. I prefer face to face though and if you go hang someplace that reflects your interests (i.e. the library, certain restaurants or stores) and develop a basic approach and give out and exchange your number a bit you’ll probably do ok.

I like to think of it like: what kind of women do I want? then try to insert yourself in that setting and you’ll be further ahead. A lot of women I dated went to 2 or 4 year colleges; I had more dates and women friends in college then any where. Maybe take a class and then just be friends and start getting to know people; before you know it, it’s naturally happening.

I'm a bouncer. You want younger girls bounce. You make money while others are spending it and you get to sleep with the hottest girls in the bar, well the younger hot ones. You still have to game them of course but it's basically easy mode, if you try a little. I haven't tried to get with any cougars but I work at a college bar so that helps. I have friends who work in other bars that are more cougar friendly habitat and they hook up with cougars.
