Scheming bitches do this in ny a lot, they pay the first month, sneak in a kid that they hid, never pay rent again. The landlord goes to court and the judges give them 6 months free because of the child. When the sheriff shows up to evict all she says is I have a child and I haven't found a place, auto extension on the spot. I know a CHURCH LADY who opened the doors to a filth like this and she shamelessly has squatted for a year now. And she has a lawyer and the judge won't enforce the eviction.

i've learned to see this as a type of programming error. Where the person (computer) wasn't programmed properly when it was built and isn't capable of seeing the problem as it's happening. You don't have a person being evicted. You have an errant biological computer not performing properly.

You can't legally make them a victim by leaving them alone. But now feminism is trying to make leaving women alone illegal also. And then people complain when rents are sky high because landlords have to anticipate and mitigate the costs of housing these deadbeats for a year or more due to tenancy laws.

I have zero sympathy for people who complain about high rents but then want landlords to have to put up with the insane costs of people not holding up their end of the lease agreement.
