We can make synthetic diamonds and there are tons of natural diamonds locked up in vaults to keep the market price high. There are stores which buy gold, are there stores that buy diamonds?

About 100 years ago diamonds had little or no intrinsic value, except as cutting tools.

Then Hollywood got involved, created a false need and diamonds became a must for everyone. It was referred back then as "lady's best friend". Hollywood did the same with cigarette smoking as being "Cool". In both cases it was women who were the primary targets.

Nowadays you can hear commercials advertising fake artificial diamonds as being unique (not too many companies make them yet you see).

It's all about the money for companies and status symbols for women.

It doesn't matter if you're poor or rich or pro-marriage or anti-marriage really. The cost of the average marriage ceremony has hit 35k now, which is the very definition of insane even for blue-pilled cucks. Who cares who foots the bill or how any of that shit is paid for? Think about all the things that $ could go toward instead, whether 35k is out of your reach or just regularly lounging in the pocket of your Sunday pants.

I'm never buying any jewelry. Putting any extra money I make into stocks/bonds to build wealth. Later on when i'm financially independant I may splurge on a nice watch but that's it.

Diamonds do absolutely nothing at all, they spend all their money poisoning society telling them they have to waste their money on these needless useless stones. and their marketing and campaigning has actively brainwashed entire generations to expect you to slave away in a job to fill someone else's pockets to "win her favour"

basically de beers is like a kid in school who will tell your girlfriend you are a "Good one" if you pay him cash, and he has been so ruthless and aggressive in his business that all girls now listen to him and you have to pay him to get his approval. if you had the chance of smashing that kid in the face would you? exactly, i will never buy a diamond on principle they only have industrial use in my eyes.
