Summary:

You all know it. First rule of TRP: "you don't talk about the red pill."

The most brought up reasons are that you alienate people and that you can't convince them anyway.

However there is more to it. Not talking about TRP is an important exercise when you are starting out.

The Beta Experience is a series of articles for recovering betas. Guys who aren't held back so much by their looks but by their romantic delusions, emasculation, scarcity mentality and social programming. It addresses common mistakes and pitfalls.

Body:

Here is how you benefit from not talking about TRP.

  • You learn to STFU

This is important on many levels.

STFU is great advice for beginners, because betas have a natural tendency of talking too much.

It doesn't mean that you shouldn't be talking at all, but it certainly means that you should be talking less.

You want to be and come across as masculine. Lots of talking is a stereotypical feminine trait.

One of the biggest problems of typical beta guys is the need to explain themselves to others.

It is this need that hinders them for example from going no contact after a break-up, because they "want her to understand what she did wrong/how they suffered because of her" and so on.

This is the mindset of bp guys when the relationship goes sour. They want to explain their situation and try to make her understand and hope that it will save the relationship. It won't. Relationships suffer when attraction fades. And you know that attraction is not negotiable.

In the same vein, talking about the red pill is often motivated consciously or subconsciously by wanting others and especially women to understand how life is for men. Especially for him. So he points out how women have it better on the dating market to women and is happy when they say "there's some truth to it. Must be hard to be a man". He finally feels understood.

--> Get rid of this need to explain and to be understood. Not talking about the red pill is a good start.

  • You don't sabotage your motivation

Did you ever come up with a great idea for a project? A goal you wanted to reach? For example a great idea for a song you want to record, or the decision to lose weight or quit smoking. Quitting your job and finding a better one.

Doesn't really matter what exactly. But I am sure you have noticed that the more you talk about it, the more you lose the motivation to actually do it.

There are lots of reasons why this happens, but to keep it short:

--> don't talk too much about your goals and plans. Work on them instead. Reach them and people will see. Surprise them. Don't talk about this new strategy and mindset that will help you to be successful with women and have a happy life. Just do it, reap the rewards and people will see.

The next point is related to this

  • You get rid of your need for validation

Getting rid of the need for validation is one of the most important goals for aspiring beta guys.

Talking about the red pill often is motivated by the hopes of getting validation.

"Oh you really know how dating works/women are/you must have a lot of experience/..."

Make no mistake, women love talking about TRP in real-life. Especially if you are not complaining but deliver it as a fun thing to talk about. Women love talking about all things dating related.

You will get validated by them if you are at least somewhat charming.

But you shouldn't be looking for validation by women. You should be looking for plates, LTRs and all the good stuff that comes with a red pill lifestyle. You will feel validated enough once you are successful.
