TL; DR: I'm a newbie who will be entering monk mode for the next 4-6 months, lifting, studying NLP and psychology, reading, picking up new hobbies like drawing, violin, and photography. Looking forward to increasing my SMV and overall Machiavellism.

Introduction

Hi everyone. After lurking here for about a month and reading the sidebar twice, along with a bunch of Red Pill Theory post, Field Reports, ThankTRP, TRP transformations, I have decided to go into monk mode for the next six months or so (or at least till I put on 35 lbs of mostly muscle. I'm 5'7.5 and 124 lbs now.) I'm a 16 year old black kid two months into a new school, and I have like 5 friends. At my old school, I was known as the really smart annoying nerd, and at my knew school so far it's just really smart kid. So about two months ago, I was reading about reinventing yourself and I saw an ad about fractionation. One thing led to another and I read the Book of Pook. I was amazed by it and humored by Pook's writing style. I did more research about becoming the prize which led me here. I realized that while I wasn't a total nice guy, I definitely wasn't alpha. I was that small, funny, nerdy kid my whole life. Everyone sees me as that small kid who they don't inherently have to respect. I want to change that. I want to become better.

Body

Anyways, I read a bunch of post about Monk Mode, Machiavellism, and becoming interesting. So I decided that on December 4th, I would enter monk mode. Over the course of the next six months or so, I plan to pick up pencil sketching, writing, photography, and music (creative hobbies), already play soccer and I will start lifting within the next month or so (physical hobbies), and reading while applying TRP, 48 Laws of Power, etc. to social situations and such to practice Machiavellism and influence (mental hobby). I also plan on using the Silva Method, along with NLP, for meditation and deprogramming my mind of bad habits. Reading is the top prioritory for me. My list of books include TRP Handbook, The Rational Male, 48 Laws of Power, Silva Method of Mental Control, The Craft of Power, The Harvard Classics, 33 Strategies of War, Anthony Ellis Mass Gaining Program, How to Read a book (which is the first book I'm reading lol), Think and Grow Rich, No More Mr. Nice Guy, How Rich People Think, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and a WHOLE LOT of NLP books.

I have a bullet journal with a daily schedule and habit tracker to integrate the habits I want to learn into my daily life style while keeping up with my school work and such. The thing that motivates me the most towards my goals is seeing myself after I accomplish the goals at the top of my list. I came here to better myself and be constantly improving, so that one day, I can be that M.D. running a global conglomerate. I also look forward to applying all I learn to my daily life in high school and see how far that takes me on the popularity scale my senior year. Also I realized that a lot of people are motivated by girls, and while I'm still a virgin and I want to change that, I am still in the anger phase ( I think) and I could less about girls. I will abstain from all porn and masturbation. ( Does masturbation affect testosterone production during puberty. I'm kind of a late bloomer.)

Closing Words

Any advice you guys have to offer about becoming alpha, monk mode, or just in general, I would gladly appreciate it. Wish me luck on my first step of the journey of becoming the man I want to be!

EDIT: A better goal for weight gain would probably be 25-30 lbs over the next 6 months. Once I get my gym membership, I'm doing Anthony Ellis Gain Mass Fast Program, for hardgainers. He put on 30 lbs in 3 months, so I feel 30 lbs in 6 months is an achievable goal.
