I don't think that people deserve other people in a way you're asking. One deserves being treated well in relationships, but one doesn't deserve a person just for their efforts.

None. A significant percentage of guys deserve no girl whatsoever. It's normal in most species for most males to fail to breed. The idea there's someone for everyone is a fairytale.

Ideally I think undesirable men would deserve someone that’s their looksmatch, has complimentary interests (or at least allows them to keep pursuing their interests), and treats them with the same respect and care they’d provide. But I don’t think people (desirable or not) deserve romantic relationships. Relationships are simply nice to have if they go well.

There's no such thing as deserving some arbitrary status when it comes to dating. It's all in the choices you make. Incels chose not to play the game and instead whine that it's unfair that they didn't hit the genetic lottery. It's not that they are undeserving of human companionship, every one is. It's that they either don't realize that being deserving doesn't mean things are handed to you with no effort or they resent that fact and don't want to (hot women should just fall out of the sky into their laps and spread their legs with zero expectation of any kind of reciprocity).

Someone equally as unwanted by the opposite sex, whatever that looks and acts like. Could be a single mom, could be an obese woman, could be an old woman, could be a deformed woman, could be a poor sickly woman, could be a woman with social disabilities.
