Now I made a post yesterday about gaining confidence and self esteem and this one ties into it. I’m using quarantine to clean out my WHOLE fucking closet (as Eminem says). Anyway, if someone asked me what I’m biggest insecurity is, I’d say it’s my height. I’m done growing at 17, I’m 5’5” or 165 cm for everyone else around the world (because America just has to always show that they are hella unique, and that’s coming from an American).

I’m also around 140 (maybe 135 now because of Ramadan fasting), I wrestle and I’m the short and stocky type where I got pretty big shoulders and chest (abs are my biggest enemy but at least I see one line down the middle and my top 2 abs). I’m pretty muscular for my age compared to the people I usually see at school or other people my age (unless they’re some Dolan twins freak of nature or have a big social media following)

The problem is that it’s my biggest insecurity. I’ve had girls tell me I’m too short or people joking about my height. I feel like other guys look at me like I’m inferior, especially in school. I always think about if girls would like me if I was taller (and they definitely would since my 6’3 football player friend gets girls easy. I actually asked him if I should use Tinder and he said that I’m too short for it so that hurt a bit). I’m cleaning out my whole closet during this bullshit so I wanna learn how to accept my height and start loving myself (because honestly I hate myself a lot of times because I’m short and it causes me to not be confident). This is prob gonna be last post in a while since those are my 2 main problems I found in myself (height insecurity and a lack of confidence/self esteem)
