Not really. Depends on your ethnicity and coloring. I am mixed Black & Asian and would look absolutely ridiculous with blonde hair.

From my experience, most men like women who enhance their natural beauty. If you can pull off multiple hair colors without it looking fake or damaging your hair, go for it. That's not the majority of us though.

I received more attention back when I had dyed my hair red. I don't think I even looked very good with red hair, I actually looked pretty trashy, but still.

Not all male attention is good attention.

I've found the key to being attractive is take what you have and enhance it. If you try to replicate what looks good on someone else, you will often look like like a mess.

For example:

I don't think I even looked very good with red hair, I actually looked pretty trashy

Try to work with your brown hair. I don't mean "leave it as is", I mean build on it. Rather than trying to replace it entirely with a look that doesn't work on you.

I think blonde hair can age some women. I have naturally blonde hair and I feel liked the dyed blonde just looks...idk.

If you have dyed blonde hair I'm not saying you look bad. But I find a lot of people dye their hair blonde and expect it to do wonders?

I dyed my brunette hair copper a few months ago, and I’ve gotten SO many comments since!

I think it suits one especially well when you’re pale - typically, natural blondes and redheads are pale anyway so it looks more unnatural if you’re very tanned.

I think I look way better as a redhead so I totally agree!

My husband exclusively dated blondes before marrying me, his brunette wife. He likes when I highlight my hair and he insists I keep it long, but I think you're over estimating the impact of hair color, as a whole.

It really depends. I think women with naturally more of an olive colored skin tone usually suit brown hair better. I think women of fairer skin tones usually suit blonde better.

Except for asian black and brown women, those are more case by case, but majority favor darker colors.

But it also just depends on the specific person. I don’t think there is a blanket color that suits all women best.

Blondes are seen as more youthful and fun but also dumber and easier. Brunettes are viewed as more attractive yet cold and standoffish. Not all attention is good attention. Especially since a bad dye job gives off the impression of being low value. Finding the right color (and hue) to flatter your coloring isn’t the easiest so most who box dye their hair end up with something unnatural. Professional blonde jobs look nice but then if you don’t take care of the roots and toning it fake blonde looks trashy. I’d rather take that $$$ and effort into other aspect of my appearance. Plus take into consideration brows and facial features when finding an ideal color. Usually the hair you’re born with is the one that suits you. Hair darkens as we become into adults so subtle highlights and low lights are a great way to combat to add dimension and youthfulness. Healthy shiny long hair is attractive. Overly processed hair isn’t. A lot of men have types. Some men love fake blonde or redhead some would never date one. Badly dyed hair is trashy and won’t attract a hvm so if you do dye it please go to a professional.

I have a balayage (my natural coloring is 6 so I’m pretty light already) and it’s the perfect low maintenance color for me. I get the brightening effect from the blonde and it’s still very classy. I’m engaged now so I mess with my hair more with temporary colors since my fiancé likes them occasionally. I’d never dye my hair a crazy color as an adult trying to find a high quality man since it limits my pool.
