Relevant Background:

I (f29) and my fiance (m31) have been together 6 years. We are getting married this October. We are soulmates and best friends.

He's the only person I've ever slept with. Back when we first tried to have sex, we found out I have a very serious sexual pain disorder. My surgeon (a male) told me to "shake my boyfriend's hand for him" because I was the first woman he'd ever met with this disorder whose male partner hadn't left her.

One major surgery, 4 years of physical therapy, and tons of different medications later, I can "tolerate" sex as long as it's in one of two or three positions and he is doing most of the "work".

My fiance has expressed feelings of rejection and resentment, because his major turn-on is getting his woman off, but he can (usually) tell that I'm faking my level of "enjoyment".

The thing is - I have no idea how to get turned on by a sexual encounter of any sort. He is VERY attractive (looks like a chiseled Grecian statue with huge dreamy brown eyes) and a very sensual, attentive lover. I enjoy him visually and emotionally, but my body feels...nothing. Probably due to a combination of a) sex has always just meant pain to me and b) very strict, pre-Vatican II Roman Catholic upbringing.

I want to please my man sexually, and apparently this means I need to learn how to get turned on and enjoy it. Please help!!!
