Hi everyone! I'll cut right to the chase.

Basically, a male friend revealed to me last month he's liked me for 3 years. Three. Whole. Effing. Years. I've also known him for waaay longer than this, hence why I use the word "turned".

He told me that in a text message, and I told him "That's ok. I'm not creeped out by it!" but...as time passes, I'm starting to feel genuine disgust over this. I keep wondering if he masturbates to me, if he thinks about marrying me, asking me out, touching me, etc.! Was he expecting me to reciprocate? What the hell was the point of even telling me? It all just genuinely, genuinely, disgusts me and I can't help this feeling. He knows I don't like him, at all, since I let my friends know when I like a guy. I don't know why he even bothered telling me he likes me and my contact level with him has dropped significantly. I want to exclude him from any gatherings, block him on social media, all that jazz. Just thinking of his face and that text message creeps me out now.

I'm thinking of just avoiding him, but is this okay? I feel like I'm being immature about this but I'm genuinely so grossed out. It makes me question the other male friends I have, and I feel like cutting all of them out of my life since they all share similarities with him (geeky, outcasted, really weird sexual fetishes). Just, after this guy revealed this to me, it's changed how I see boys...
