Thank you for posting this video.
I have to be completely honest, I was once on that side of life as my mother is a cluster B & personality disordered. And I was too. I'm not saying I don't still have the traits of it but it's a lot less severe than it used to be. I've been the manipulator, I've been the self serving predator looking for selfless prey. I've been the triangulator trying to split two people up. What did I learn? I was hurting all the good people in my life by benefitting off of them in cruel ways. I was extremely selfish. Just like the guy in the video. You THINK you're playing people when truth really is, you're playing yourself. The way the guy in the video says he picks up on a weakness (which I never did, at least not like him) a weakness could be....low self esteem or it could be considered a person with high empathy & a good heart (yes, they view this as a weakness to exploit) and how he suits his mask to fit his potential prey is how they operate. That is why we don't trust charm, weasling their way into our lives and we should strive for high self esteem and firm boundaries. To prevent these people from exploiting us.
But trust me, it takes a lot of insight and self improvement for anyone that has a personality disorder. It's not easy to have and it's not easy to deal with from another person. I worked with people who had personality disorders, it wears you down. I've encounter love interests with cluster b disorders, they can be extremely cruel. Some have traits and some have the full blown illness. There is a remarkable lack of empathy especially in the men's cases.
