I briefly dated a guy in high school who was about a 6/10 (I was close to 9-10/10). He shyly/happily said one day that his guy friends were saying “wow I can’t believe you got u/mypretties. In a few years, when you buff out more, imagine who you can get then!”

He said this like it was a total compliment, like he was excited for his future, like getting girls was some Step program where if you pass one level, there’s only going up. I didn’t know how to express myself as a teen so I just remember laughing. It’s been 15 years now and he’s only ever been with 5-6’s like himself.

Men really be thinking women are levels and shit. Too much gaming brobrains 😂😂😂

Don’t correlate looks with personality. Ugly men want you to think they are kinder, smarter, etc, and that good looking men are shallow, stupid jerks. The reality is looks have no correlation to personality. A gorgeous man is just as likely to be kind and loving as a homely man. So yes, don’t lower your standards because LVM will take you for granted, even if his looks are way beneath yours.
