No. Men must hold themselves responsible/accountable and if they lack the empathy and sanity to do that, then stay away from those men because they are unfixable by themselves or professionals. Pathological people cannot be fixed.

You can't ultimatum a man into being who you want him to be.

Do not martyr yourself for anyone let alone a man and do not waste your time on a pathological, emotionally unavailable/immature man.

They will be aggressive and force violent behaviors on women. The only way to "fix" males is to actively teach them how to be from a very young age. Also to restrict their contact with "broken" males. You will notice that alot of HVM come from a background that involved a HV father Figure.

I have thought about this before. I came across a quote once that women teach men how to behave in a relationship. We set the tone. Unfortunately, the sex positive movement seems to have prioritized the sexual experience for men over women declaring and maintaining their boundaries - you mustn’t be a prude, after all.

We won’t change men, but we can change us. Stop forgiving low effort fuckboy behavior, walk away and never contact someone to turns out to be a LVM. If women shifted their focus from being no boundaries sex puppets for attention and adopt a more self-preserving approach to sex and relationships, men would have no choice but to pivot and change their behavior.

Of course that would require a massive paradigm shift that would not immediately pay out, but societal attitudes rarely change in 1-2 years. I hope one day women start to really treat each other as allies instead of giving in to the idea that we must compete against each other, all that does is reinforce patriarchy in our society.

In the meantime holding a single man responsible for his behavior is a road straight to hell. You can’t change a shit ass man, all you can do is be true to yourself and walk away from anyone who disrespects you, that’s my opinion anyway.

So here's a question to you all. How do we fix CURRENT generations of men? Yeah we can wait for some new generation to be born and raised but that isn't really practical to the here and now.

I mean if every woman everywhere had the ability and desire to do this then maybe they would change. But in order for us to hold them accountable they have to give a shit about what we think and also see us as full people. Which many of them just dont.

Men need to hold men accountable because they care about what each other think.

So the issue with this is that it puts the burden of man's action on the women.

I'm actually all for women being able to behave like a pickme if she so chooses.

To me, purity culture actually is a form of holding men accountable (typically to marry someone) by policing the actions of women. For example, in purity culture the guy doesn't get to have sex unless he marries. I just don't think it actually works to do it this way.

I think the better way is to weed out lvm and pursue happiness without relying on a man.
