God I already knew this but it’s so refreshing to hear this again. I hooked up with a dude (not really, I gave him oral and got nothing in return) and ever since then he’s been hollering for more for literally the past year. I finally hung out twice after that and both times was us just sitting in his car talking because he didn’t want to spend money for movies or food. Most boring three hours of my life both times (though the second time we walked the mall, he didn’t want to talk much though which was real smooth) but I didn’t want to get murdered so I played along. Took me a while to realize not everyone dates like that, he just had nothing to his name and basically thought that doing absolutely nothing enticing both times would somehow seduce me into giving him a free BJ or something. Since then I haven’t hung and I am waiting for someone that wants to actually have fun dating instead of twiddling our thumbs waiting for something exciting to happen.

Car dates are a fun, cute, and easy date. I love getting takeout and driving somewhere pretty and just listen to music, talk, and enjoy each others company. Obviously not every single time, but I will always love a good car date.
