What would you consider to be sexual coercion?

Additionally, would you consider the following to be an example of sexual coercion? Why or why not?

  1. A couple are in a room alone.
  2. They are making out.
  3. He then tries to escalate to sex by touching her down there.
  4. She states 'no'.
  5. He moves back, and focuses back onto something else.
  6. 10 or 20 minutes pass.
  7. He tries again. Makeout and then touching.
  8. She says no again.
  9. Repeat once more, etc.
  10. She gives in and they have sex.
