I wouldn't say a girl having some guy friends is necessarily a red flag but it can be. In your situation it definitely sounds like it is. To me it's only a red flag if A) the majority of her friends are guys, B) she hangs out with guy friends either one on one or is the only girl in groups of guys and C) she tries to "hide" you from them.

Based on what you've said here it sounds like she's both B and C. She doesn't want you around them because she likes the attention she gets from them. She knows they all want to bang her and she leverages that to score attention and validate herself. NOT the kind of girl that makes for a good LTR.
