Exercise with high intensity (lifts, hiit, etc). Clean up your diet. Eat healthy fats. Sleep a lot and with high quality. Quit porn/masturbation. Take cold showers. Try adaptogen herbs (ginseng, rhodiola, maca, etc.) These are the things I know of that should have an impact.
