How do you know if the woman you are dating is high-quality?

The idea of classifying people as high, low or medium 'quality' is bound to condemn us to misery. If we rate people of our preferred sex according to 'quality' we will be rating ourselves as well, and these judgements about ourselves and others will leave us feeling insecure because we will always encounter people of higher 'quality' than we are. Rather than judge a person's 'quality' according to external criteria, monitor how you feel around them. If you feel accepted and secure, then that is what you can use to base decisions on. A person who meets external quality indicators (appearance, physique, earning power, social skills) but leaves you feeling unworthy after an encounter may not be as good a match as someone not so strong on the external indicators but leaves you feeling happy about yourself.

First, stop viewing people in relation to you. How high quality, how you can use them, etc. It’s the mentality of a psycho or a narcissist. Everyone has a unique universe inside them, their own hardships, trauma, aspirations, etc. Most of the dating Youtube videos (whether for men or women) are not balanced in thinking and end up becoming very toxic and judgmental, or make you become a pushover. Also, what you should look for in a woman must be comparable to what you already are and your own positive qualities. If you don’t have any positive attributes don’t drag anyone else into the mess and work on yourself first.

That being said, here are a few things that “good” men look for in a “good” woman (I’m assuming for a long term relationship):

Kindness: instead of focusing just on how nice she is to you and how good she makes you feel, focus on how she treats or uses people around her and in her life. Does she trash talk people behind their back? Is she constantly negative and complaining about people she was nice to just a few hours ago? Is she more willing to fight in a trashy way than simply walk away from toxicity?
Has a sense of self worth: This can vary in definition from person to person and culture to culture. But basically she values herself and her time. Has long term plans separate from just you. Great in the long run. Red pill guys and emotionally immature guys often hate girls with this quality because it gives her freedom but it’s what leads to a healthy relationship (if both parties have this).
other things that are self explainable: Good conversations, good morals, class, manners, doesn’t swear when not appropriate, etc. The definition of a good person is different for everyone

Remember to self reflect and never ask from someone something you don’t have within yourself!

You shouldn’t really care about someone else’s “quality” of women, but only if they make you feel loved and or push you in a good direction.

High quality for you personally or according to society?

I can imagine that high value men and women for society are those who have contributed much for humanity as a whole (scientists, doctors, etc who have created and found technology and medicine we are now enjoyed), or in a more shallow side, like actors/actress/singers/etc who entertain us.

On a personal level, high value person might be different from one another. If you someone who value education, a professor might be on higher value than just a teacher. If you value beauty, someone who looks physically attractive will be up there compared to more homely ones.

I think its more about what you yourself value.

If you really value fitness, a "high quality" woman probably enjoys fitness or at least understands how important fitness is to you.

If you really value video games, a "high quality" woman probably enjoys video games or at least understands how important video games are you to you.

It's also about what you value in a partner. If you value kindness, then "high quality" means she has to be kind. If you value good looks, "high quality" means she has to look good. What extent she has to do those things will vary based on your own internal preferences, and which things you're willing to overlook will vary based on your own internal preferences too. e.g. I could easily be happy if my partner didn't have traditional good looks, but I could never be happy if my partner was an unkind person. So if I meet a potential partner who is really kind, I don't really care about their looks. If I meet a potential partner who looks good, that's a bonus, but I wouldn't make any decision until I find out if they're a kind person.

Since its all subjective and you choose what makes up "quality" yourself, what is "high quality" for you might be "low quality" for someone else. So the only way you know is to think about if you like her and enjoy her company and if being with her makes you happy. Those are the important things that affect how good she is for you as an individual.

When they say high quality, they mean a women who has morals and values, basically a good person.

I don't think getting relationship advice from YouTubers is the best way. Every individual is different and have different preferences, needs. You should find out what you like and don't like in a woman and how you want your relationship to be, and find someone who thinks and wants the same things.

I see quality on both sides as they are a good person.

I think there is so much over thinking when it comes down to, quality people are just good people.

Sometimes you match and sometimes you dont when it come to chemistry, compatibility, lifestyle, etc.
