A man I have known for years that I have been flirting with lately started doing this bullshit "pull away" and being "so busy" stuff with me once I told him I'd be in his city. To be fair, he is busy with work because winter is always crazy for him, but he's posting on social media and watching movies at home alone. But he will go hours without opening my messages at the same time. He went from flirty all day to pretty fucking cold for two weeks.

So I went on my trip. I didn't remind him I was in town, he knew. I went to visit a girl friend and she worked most of the time, so I enjoyed the city solo. He never reached out aside from sending me memes and other unrelated shit. I didn't post about the trip until I got home.

What happens? He texts me, UPSET THAT I DIDN'T TRY TO HANG OUT WITH HIM. I just told him the phone works two ways. Now he's trying to be flirty again. I said let me know when he will be in my town and maybe we can hang. Spoiler: we will not hang.
