I've been in therapy for years and I encourage everyone I know to go. Lots of my guy friends are super hesitant and I feel bad that it's so stigmatized for them but... get over it like I did. Literally all of my girlfriends see therapists regularly. Yes it's expensive, yes it's uncomfortable, yes it works. Honestly the best return on investment, moreso than my college degree. I don't like to imagine how my life would have turned out if I hadn't gotten into therapy.

I mean, they do need therapy, but also men make more money and could totally afford it. They'd just rather take out their emotions on women for free.
