I need an opinion.

I have a friend who pretty much insinuated that the only reason one of my close girlfriends knows so much about let’s say the “stock market” is because she started sleeping with someone whose well to do.

I got furious with him and gave him shit and called him sexist. Was I wrong for this?

He’s now apologizing and said it didn’t come out right but I truly think he has sexist views and maybe I’m only realizing now, the older and more mature I get
