Hi Everyone!

Brand new subscriber to RPW (27F) and I would like some flirting tips if anyone has ever had an office crush?

There is a man that is giving me strong attraction vibes in my office. I thought he was just super friendly until I noticed he puts himself in my way whenever we cross paths (ex: he'll stop a convo to help me with something small like making a cup of coffee) and he's been trying to keep small talk and makes effort to catch and hold my gaze whenever we are near. Yesterday I was warming up my breakfast, I look up and he's staring at my reflection in the microwave! We don't work in the same dept, so I don't see him every day, but when we do see each other he is sure to try and make some sort of contact.

I'm usually cordial but lately with the bold looks he gives I've been too thrown to make any real attempts at flirting back, just a smile and give a goofy "have a good day."

My 'girl game' isn't so developed, especially in a work environment so any advice you all have for the next time I run into him would be appreciated!
