This reminds me of my cousin. Rushed into a LTR with a sweet girl. Everything going great, 2 kids later she weighs 120kg. He has asked me many times what he should do. That he doesn’t want sex with her anymore, etc...

Also, I was in a LTR with a girl and suddenly she was living unhealthy. She was getting fatter, just broke it off. I bumped into her a few months ago and she had gotten so fat. Just dump and move on.

Keep it in perspective....even the women who keep the weight off will hit the wall by 35-40. Don’t tie yourself down to a diminishing asset. Either wrinkles or fat will take them down. Women who struggle with weight will give up the fight once they have a baby...then you’ll have to find a way to be aroused by a fat-bellied chick who will never go back her shape at 21.

The occasions they do are so rare. If it was a Vegas bookie type thing, they'd only give you a good pay-out for predicting the longshot that actually manages to lose weight.

Those "weight loss" journeys rarely pan out. Might want to take a look at the intermittent fasting sub and see the before and after. In some cases, they do get their SMV back, but I think after 30, the residual effects of an extreme weight gain will always be there, like sagging skin, drooping face, etc.

If your girl gets fat then it shows that you either 1, have not vetted her correctly, 2, led her correctly or 3, do not have sufficient dread.

That said, when she loses weight then there is a high chance that it will be over between you two.

She will now start to get attention from guys that she did not get when she was fat and she will remember how you still wanted to fuck her when she was fat. Her hypergamy will interpret this as you having lower value than them.

If you are good enough at being a leader for her she will follow you down whichever path you put forward. If it is one of fitness and weight-loss she has to want it too. But if you vetted right then she should WANT to look good for you, so it shouldn't be a problem. That's my experience anyways.

Absolutely not. Don’t ever expect a woman to lose weight after committing to her. Those boundaries have to be set before you get into the relationship. This is a major problem men have, thinking that they’ll get a fixer upper and then get her to change. Don’t count on it.

Getting into a committed relationship is like buying a car. Once you drive the car off the lot, it’s yours. You can’t come back six months later and say that you want upgraded wheels. It’s the same with relationships, once you commit to her she’s yours. Guys always make that mistake of “Crossing that bridge when they get to it” when it comes to foreseeable problems. This goes for more than just weight gain it also goes for sexually suggestive photos on social media, hanging out with guys, partying every weekend with her friends, etc.

In the very beginning you absolutely have to lay out what your expectations are in a relationship. If she’s not willing to comply, you need to be ready to walk away. She’s not a good fit for you.

If the chick becomes less attractive to you, then she lowered her SMV. This isn't just limited to gaining weight, she may do other things to alter her looks and you may not be digging it (cutting her hair /shaving it off, dying her hair, changing fashion drastically, etc.)

No matter the reason, if you don't feel attracted to her enough to bone her then dump her. Simple as that. This is easy for plates, but gf/wife can obviously be much more complex in this situation so make your own decision based on the specific situation. Worse case is you look "bad" for living her for gaining a few, and moving on to hotter chicks.

My wife gained quite a bit of weight and failed to recognize my contributions to relationship we nearly divorced.

I'm the sole income(that was not planned), but I make plenty so whatever. However she criticized the time at work, not doing enough around the house, no sex, etc etc...

Got to the point she was gonna move out and we finally had a fight(I'm not emotional so this shit doesn't happen). I told her everything I was sick of and why I was distant now. Mentioned how her weight had effected my sex drive(more so the way she became self conscious over it) and all the other bullshit.

Fast forward 8 months later and she has 40 lbs and looking fit. Her attitude about everything else has 180d also. Its been great
