Maybe you aren't that attractive.....are you fit? Good style? Great grooming? And are you being clear with your intentions from the start of the interaction? Now more than ever, you need to be maximizing whatever god gave you.

If you are good looking and muscular, girls will show attraction to you. Even girls who are in relationships/marriage/older,etc.

So, ok, they show an interest with eye contact, staring, fixing the hair, or clothes and you tingled them. Now what?

If you are interested, go initiate. Play with them.

If you are an average guy, you better have good game. Sounds like you need a lot of work on that.

Women are more sexually selective than men. There was a study a few years ago where women on a dating site rated 80% of men as unattractive. It is what it is, plan accordingly.

Girls are passive. As the man you have to get the ball rolling 9/10 times. If the attraction is there on her part she will be receptive to it, it’s not “created” by you it’s either there or it isn’t.

Women may be attracted to you, they just don't say it usually. That said, i've defenitely met women that showed high signs of interest. #1 is when they walk up to you to chat, they want you to escalate and make shit happen though. There's also plenty of other more subtle signs but this is by far the most obvious i've had it, it's a bit of a rare occurence though. Always keep improving and learn to go for what you want in life, women will follow.

They have to for their own sanity. It's a part of an efficient filtering mechanism. Scares off a lot of guys, and those that flee are unworthy. All the men that hit on them constantly even when not in the mood with no effort or achievement makes it choice overload. Example: Employers now want applications sent to online portals with algorithms that automatically trash those without certain criteria , never seen by a human and never told why. Helps the employer sort through 10's or 100's of applications with no effort. This correct method of empathizing with women.

Edit: Also, as others have said, women have to be selective. Read up on the 80/20 rule (or 90/10 rule as it is becoming).

Even though I'm an average guy I find it goes both ways. I make more of an effort with people I'm interested in, including the cute cashiers and lots of people I meet I don't care about. It's just the nature of human interaction. If you want something you have to do something. I think the idea is to make the playfulness and such a part of your personality so you don't have to think about doing it - because you *are* it.

To me your question sounds a bit like "Why am I never receiving any letters even though I don't send any?"

Work on your appearance. Wear good looking clothes that fit well (don’t overdue it, just try not to dress like shit). Get a haircut. Don’t be afraid to smile. Hit the gym.
