As the title says, I’m in my mid-20s, but basically not remarkable at all. 5’10” and 150 pounds, $100k/year in a coastal city, bad teeth (crooked and yellow), and no social skills (only have a couple of friends who are really more acquaintances).

After trying to lift for many years and only becoming skinny fat each time, I went to a doctor and found out the T-levels were extremely low. At the moment, I’m doing my best to increase it naturally and it seems to be working as I can lift higher (still low by many standards, but better nonetheless) and am feeling better. For the teeth, I’m working with my dentist on getting them whitened and straightened. For the low income, I’m finishing up a new credential and planning to jump ship to a higher-paying industry once I hit the 1.5 year mark at my current job. Lastly, for social skills, I’m going to get evaluated by a therapist as I’ve struggled with social skills my entire life, and there is definitely something deeper going on.

My question is, should I just continue to forget about / ignore women and my desires / needs associated with them until I’m fixed? Right now, I mainly just avoid them as I already know they think I’m unattractive and I don’t like being reminded of it.
