I think that my father's words to me are appropriate here:

"Never hit a lady. Ladies also have a privilege: they may strike you on the cheek ONE time, with their open hand. This is not 'hitting,' this is an attempt to communicate something that you have failed to perceive when communicated any other way. All of that withstanding: when a woman sets her feet, squared her stance, makes a fist, and throws from the shoulder, she is saying she wants to play by men's rules. And it would be rude to say 'no girls allowed.'"

So yeah, I'll hit a woman BACK, but I won't ever swing first.

But /u/savagedealer is right: it doesn't matter HOW justified it is. The law will ALWAYS side with a woman, no matter how many times she kicks you in the balls. So don't expect to ever be validated if you hit a woman.

As soon as you lay a hand of her, that's like pasting an invitation for nearby fuckfaces A,B, and C to simultaneously launch a flying kick at the back of your head. They don't care that you're in the right and she's in the wrong.

In a more private situation, often a simple slap will not only subdue but actually turn women on quite a lot....

This post shows my experience with broken people only. This is somewhat controversial but I'll bite.

It's been my experience that if you come off as someone who will beat a woman they will test to see if it's true.

Like if you ever say, that if she were to do something you would fuck her up she would do that exact thing to see if your true to your word. I've known many girls like this.

I've also know a few girls who say things like if he doesn't get mad he doesn't love you. They will purposefully try and make you mad as a measure of your love for them. The madder you get the more you love them. You get violent and maybe that means your showing them how much you love them.

These are examples of broken people. Both the men and women, and you would do well to avoid these kind of people. They are more common than you think.

Know if you ever feel the need to hit your girl outta of anger it's time you left and re-evaluate your life and relationship.

Getting to that level of anger is a symptom of something much deeper and pathological.

Did you really need to hit her to prevent the ball kicking? Why the fuck are your reflexes so bad that you got kicked three times in the balls? Take up some martial arts or something, it would be a better way to spend your time than in jail.

Assuming this is a serious question, since most women (at least the ones you should be hanging around) aren't very tough, a strong block of any blow is usually enough pain to end the conflict right there. A leg coming towards my balls ends up kicking a knee or shins, which usually will hurt them more than me.

Wtf, that's assault! Of course you can defend yourself! If she didn't it 3 times, normal communication clearly doesn't work, nor her empathy for someone who's suffering at her pleasure. More drastic defence is justified.

She has broken the social contract on her end, she's no "lady", so you don't have to hold up the "never hit a lady" either.

If you need to force it, because it is threatening, try every other means possible and make god damn sure you have enough witnesses on standby.

What you describe isn't hitting or abusing women, like your title alludes to - it's self-defense: you would be retarded to not do it when necessary. On the other hand, do ponder what things led up to a woman thinking she can hit you.

I have been put in a position once when I had to defend myself after being kicked in the balls 3 times so I hit a girl enough to make her stop. I think that's appropriate.

That is assault so yes, it's appropriate.

Brother, outside of sexual face slapping, domestic violence is not advisable. She will get it into her head that hitting is allowed. Eventually, the violence will escalate and police will be called. YOU will go to jail 9 out of 10 times.

I have been there due to an abusive relationship with a BPD. I am still dealing with the fallout from that relationship. I have done the GFTOW but the moment I step into anything long term I become verbally abusive due to PTSD. Best course of action is to leave.

Never hit a PERSON because you are pissed/angry/frustrated. That is just a major loss of frame and there is no reason for that.

If a woman hits you and you hit back, you are not in the wrong. However, you need to be careful because the SJW brigade will come after you.

Formally study self-defense. I learned a defensive martial art after a woman invoked her pussy pass to attack me and had no effective way to deal with it.

Now I can dodge an attack and neutralize the attacker without looking even at a distance like I am engaging in combat. Recently a woman went berserk and started breaking things at my business; it ended with her face down on the pavement with me pinning her arm down (using two fingers, other hand raised) when the sheriff arrived to arrest her.

The only circumstances in which it's OKAY to hit someone is in SELF-DEFENCE.

However, the fact that the average man is physically stronger than the average woman should be taken into account. It's not reasonable to give someone a black eye and two missing teeth because they slapped you. If a woman grabs a blunt object and starts hitting you with it, you should be entitled to use reasonable force in terms of hitting back.

In a healthy relationship no one should be hitting anyone though, unless it's consensual of course.
