I get papers yesterday. Order of court to determine if an order for support should be entered. Married 6 years separated for 9 months, no kids and se works but does not work as much (or make as much) as me. I am a saver and cheap/thriftly (sometimes to a fault) and she spends $3 for every $1 she makes. I am disgusted/angry/hurt and know that I will get screwed. I was the "responsible one" that would save money while she racked up 10s of thousands of dollars in cc debt. I found out about it a few years ago and I paid it off thinking it would help save the marriage. She came into the marriage with nothing and I had a decent amount of savings form years of overtime and not over spending. I feel so stupid for ever getting married as there was never really any upside for me. If a marriage contract was treated like any other business it would be illegal.
