Thomas Sowell would be a great source for this kind of exercise. He's a black man, ex-marine, Harvard/Columbia educated economist, and I think retired now but was head of something at Stanford.

He's totally data driven, and really good at putting things into simple articulated terms that show how the liberal agenda, socialism, etc. - it doesn't work and all the arguments for it are flawed.

Accordingly, people on campus today don't like to listen to him.

Okay, let me put this quite clearly, as someone who is (a) German (b) has a degree in political science (c) knows what sort of people you'll find in the academia and (d) is quite knowledgable about Islam - DON'T DO THIS.

Not because you'll necessarily be wrong (though I have the hunch that you might be overly trusting when it comes to alt-right sources which aren't exactly gospel either), but simply because you can easily lose.

Could you pull this off? Sure, any person with the capacity for logical thinking will be aware of the fact that the current situation is conductive to a dynamic that strengthens the radical right - it doesn't take a genius to see that. However, from the way you worded your entry I suspect that you won't be able to resist presenting the rightist backlash as something that's ultimately a positive change, and the worries regarding Muslims and their liberal allies as reasonable and justified - and here you'll be in trouble. Let me pick a few points you were making and the answer you'll have to expect:

"I would like to do my paper on how the alliance of Islam and extreme liberalism will give rise to a very conservative political landscape in the near future." - this part is practically begging for trouble because you're basically accusing "progressive" liberal democrats (i.e. a part of the regressive left) of being useful idiots for Islamic fundamentalism. Even if you'll find a sympathetic professor (extremely unlikely) for this theory, your classmates will shun you from then on.
"the amount of rape in Germany by Muslim immigrants" - be prepared to talk against a wall here. When it comes to non-Westerners, plenty of self-styled progressives have a blind spot. They'll brush off your claims with objections that these reports are vastly overplayed, made up, fake news and what not; and they'll probably have more articles and findings to back up their position than you do for yours. And in the unlikely case that they don't, they'll be pretty quick to dismiss your sources, you can bank on this. Why am I thinking this? Because our media was hell-bent on sweeping the Cologne incidents in 2015 under the rug, because it has swept the events in other locations in 2016 under the rug (Cologne was safe as it can be, but it's not as if it was the only city in Germany), and because it has traditionally done so (Germany's most infamous feminist who has been quite successful in the past when it came to pushing her narrative has - I have to give that to her - been a vocal critic of Islam and the Muslim mentality and already tried to make this a topic 15 years ago, but contrary to her other theses, her claims regarding disproportionally high rates of sexual violence by Muslim men went basically totally unnoticed).
"and the threat of Muslim extremists killing innocents combined" - be prepared of them to come up with half-assed rationalization attempts, saying that the average German is 100 times more likely to suffocate from a chicken bone than to die in a terror attack or stuff like that.
"with the fear that people have of speaking out against Islam because they will gain the reputation of a racist" - 100 bucks that (if your professor is reasonably knowledgable about the situation in Germany) they'll present Pegida or Thilo Sarrazin as examples of how opponents of the current immigration policy are anything but shy about uttering their opinion. The problem here is that any estimations regarding a silent majority can still be dismissed as conjecture (even though there are a few numbers that indicate that this is a far more contentious issue than the comparably low number of outspoken people make it seem).

There are plenty of facts without bringing up Muslim misdeeds and directly confronting the hypocrisy of ultra-liberalism. You can touch on how uncomfortable Germans in general are, but do not claim Muslims rape more or that they support terrorism - you can't win that argument regardless of facts.

My theory on the EU is that it will turn into the Fourth Reich.

The southern countries will withdraw because the strong Euro makes it difficult for them to export things and to print money to balance their budgets.

France and England are on the cusp of withdrawing.

Denmark, Sweden and Norway have already instituted border controls and do not use the Euro.

All that will be left are Central European German speaking countries and a few Eastern European countries that have been under German control historically.

It is not that this is what Germany wants. In fact they dread this, but it seems inevitable at this point.

Make sure you have ONLY good arguments for your case, and bring in some arguments against your case aswell so it seems like you are objetively evaluating the situation. But make the arguments against your case flawed(very subtly). What would be great is if someone, you can even get someone to do this, to point out the flaws in the arguments against it. And you can be all naive and say you hadn't thought about it, but it seems to be a valid point. And then leave it You need to sow little seeds in their minds, and let them come to a conlusion they think are their own

Also don't use any negative words to describe muslims. Don't say they are rapists, show rape statistics, maybe mention it's higher for foreigners. Then give them some bad excuse. They are from different culture/have been through a lot/are poor

A dangerous game. A lot depends on your tutor (and, for that matter, the group and how you feel about your social standing within it).

Things to consider:

A good tutor will try to look as objectively as possible at what you present, and will mark someone who presents a well thought-out, meticulously researched presentation they disagree with rather more highly than someone who presents themes they agree with but doesn't demonstrate any effort to research or understand and just regurgitates a few paragraphs from a textbook.
There are ways of discussing these things without sounding racist. Talking about Islam on its own is likely to trigger the "racist" kneejerk, but talking about fundamentalist Islam and suggesting that fundamentalist beliefs on one side of the equation tend to breed fundamentalist beliefs on the other is probably rather safer.

If it helps you at all, Tommy Robinson (founder of the EDL) has since made some serious effort to fix his public image and spoken at Oxford Union which you can find on Youtube. If you push any liberal kneejerk "he founded EDL and is therefore evil and should be ignored!" thoughts from your mind, he actually comes across pretty well.

Go for it, but make sure your can cite sources backing your position and be sure that the presentation is all around exceptionally well done. If your grounded in facts and logic, and you're well prepared for a debate afterwards, the professor will have no choice but to give you a decent grade. Attending college is about more than getting a piece of paper to land a job later on. It's about the dissemination of ideas. Using this opportunity to enlighten your class and getting people to conceptualize the world in a new way is what college is supposed to be all about. Don't let people tell you one voice can't change people's minds. It can.
