This, is just… unbelievably disgusting. Reverse the roles. If a nineteen year old girl had sex with a fourteen old boy, even if the boy didn’t lie about his age, she probably would’ve gotten off with only a suspended sentence. This is one of many examples that society has it in for males.

Just because a woman would've gotten away with it doesn't make a 5 year age gap okay.

Whether you're a man or a woman, you can't defend or justify hooking up with someone who just entered high school or is still in middle school when you yourself are at least a college freshman. Even if they lied, there is a huge difference between how a high school freshman acts and how a college freshman acts.

Not to mention, how can an adult not tell a child is a child?

Of course he's not a sex offender and should. not be on a registry , but this is at least a bit fucked up.

Also, this case is from 5 years ago and he was taken off the list.
