Just ask them “what would it look like if men actually were oppressed” or “what would prove to you that men actually are oppressed?”

If they give you an answer, you can prove that men are oppressed by their own logic.

If they give you a really stupid answer, you can use it to prove women aren’t oppressed.

If they refuse to give you an answer or say they don’t know, point out that they aren’t entitled to an opinion in that case.

In my experience people just go quiet when you ask them that question, because they are afraid of being proven wrong.

This is based on my best recollection of UK law. It may be a foreign concept to them as feminists but people do not always act in the interest of their own in-group, especially when the out group consists of their mothers, sisters, daughters, and significant others they worked hard to attract. Men have essentially zero net in-group bias while women have plenty.

Also remind your sister that custody used to go mostly to the breadwinner, usually the father, and that it was FEMINIST LOBBYING that changed the court system. So there she is literally calling feminism the patriarchy. Because she started with a boogeyman and would twist the truth to make any fact fit with it.

We live the privileged life of a being that is significantly more like to actually be killed by both others and themselves. They actually refused to even see or speak to him but still called for his discharge - according to the nurse in charge they did so in a brazen and jokey manner, not taking him serious after reading about his penis size insecurities in his medical history.

In reality we’re all human beings and gender often has no bearing on our problems and suffering.
