Are these people even fucking reading what they write? Women are just as bad as men. there are just as many abusive woman as there are men. i'd wager more, cause society favors women over men, they can get away with it far more easily. Men for the most part dont bother telling anyone cause they'll be dismissed, ignored or laughed at.

Men do have their lives grind to a halt because of this abuse, the male suicide rate would seem to back that up don't cha think? Society has conditioned men to never defend themselves against women, and so their self esteem is decimated. If they stand up for themselves they become the villains.

They dont run away to Shelters cause there are barely any fucking Shelters for men. there are dozens for women, but i dont even know of any for men. Woman can force them into unwanted sex too, Of the two genders woman are by far the better at getting what they want. that same built in programming to never harm a woman means that they are just as capable of keeping a phone away from a man, they're less likely to be struck by the man trying to get his damn phone.

God help those men stuck in an abusive marriage. My father was, and he hid is so well until he couldn't any more. After all the Garbage came out and i found out what manner of person my mother really was, it opened my eyes to just what women can get away with. 5 fucking years after they divorced, she still tormented him. If such shit can happen to my father, it likely happens to a ton of good men out there.

This is disgusting. these people need to do some soul searching and throw away these trash preconceptions.

FDS is built in the premise they call 'maximum female benefit' which apparently could be written long form as 'maximum female benefit regardless of the harm inflicted on men, children and civilization' it's peak sociopathy. It's unsurprising they want the gloss over men being victims, if men being victims were acknowledged then they might get sympathy and if they got sympathy SOMEONE MIGHT STOP FDS MEMBERS FROM VICTIMIZING THEM and that'd spoil their fun.

The crazy thing about them calling Male victims of DV rare is that while women are more likely to have had an abusive partner in their lives, men are more likely TO BE WITH an abusive partner. This stat means women are much more likely to leave abusive relationships than men.

I have a couple that I'm good friends with and they're (anecdotally) two of the most physically aggressive women in their relationship. There is all this bandying about about how porn teaches men that it's OK to be aggressive whilst these friends regularly engage in all kinds if kink play that involves hitting, slapping, punching, etc... much more so than any relationship I have known that includes a man.

Yes, men matter. Yes, men being abused is not good. But, the rate at which men are being abused by a woman specifically is so low. It’s just, we need to get the abuse out in the open before we can start arguing for one gender over the other.
