This is in response to someone spookily posting that you can buy "positive" pregnancy tests for $20 bucks. If you're not going to take responsibility yourself for contraception (ie condom or at least coitus interruptus) then you are hugely vulnerable to women getting pregnant on purpose. It's not ALWAYS women being malicious or wanting to trap you. Quite a few women have this delusion, or have been misinformed, that they can "never have a baby" and so let contraception slide. I met a woman just the other day who thought she was infertile forever because she'd had to have one ovary removed. WRONG! One ovary is generally as good as two. Other reasons why women think they can't get pregnant include: Irregular periods (WRONG, women who only get a period now and then are still ovulators) Presuming menopause has happened when it hasn't (to assume menopause, woman needs to be at least 45 and have not menstruated for TWO YEARS). Some women assume they're infertile because they've had an STD. Warts and herpes do not make her barren. Chlamydia and gonorrhoea cause sterility ONLY f there's been a bad pelvic inflammatory disease as a result. And even then it's still not 100 percent for sure that she can't get pregnant. Some women mystically assume they can't get pregnant just because they've never been pregnant. Re pregnancy tests: there is no such thing as a "false positive" if you use the test correctly. Some women pee on the stick, and keep checking it for HOURS afterward, by which time occasionally the "positive" line will show up very faintly. WRONG! Pg tests are only positive if you get a positive within 4 minutes of peeing on stick. After that you should chuck test in bin and not look at it anymore.
Do not believe photos of positive tests sent to you on the phone. If your girlfriend does this, it doesn't mean she's a liar. But it does mean you both need to go to the doctor to get it confirmed PRONTO.
The doctor will have a better idea how pregnant she is (if she really is) and obviously this is VERY important to establish if you are likely to want a termination.
To terminate or not terminate is utterly beyond your control. Unless you live in Alabama.
For this reason, to be safe, it's best for men to be proactive with birth control. Like I said there are lots of non-malicious reasons why women accidentally get pregnant, but some pregnancies are doubtless accidentally on purpose.
Isn't there a male pill or implant now? There ought to be!

Oh, just have to convince men's bodies they're pregnant.
Why had no one though of this before!
Cyclic hormonal birth control may also function by changing the surface activity of endometrial tissue so successful implantation of an embryo is impossible rather than to suppress ovulation. The increasingly common Progestin-Only "minipill" formula, for instance, do not rely on ovulation suppression for effectiveness.

The majority of fertilized embryos don't implant, anyway, so seems a bit daft for an omnipotent being to make a fuss about the percentage being tweaked a few points. Particularly since ol' universal superbeing could just make your BC fail if it was important. Or, y'know, specify that the consequences for beating a pregnant woman, resulting in an induced miscarriage, being more than a fine of however-many shekels.

There are translations of Ex21:22-25 in English that predate the Protestants by several centuries.
And who are mere Catholics to contradict the Word of God? (By which I may mean both the Bible and the Creation that the Lord, your god, PBUH, spake thus into Being, as recorded in Genesis. (Pay no attention to the pre-existence of Abyss or that your god is, first-and-foremost, the Primary Lucifer. Y'all hail satan, now, y'hear?)
Lotta folks don't care about the distinction, they just wanna have their filthy creampie sex and not have to deal with pregnant.
Lotta folks who kinda-sorta care about the distinction will just come up with reasons to grant themselves plausible deniability so they can have their filthy creampie sex.
Also, dig into it far enough and "how whatever they use actually works" generally has several possible answers... so maybe you'll decide you're one of the people for whom the minipill does suppress ovulation, or maybe one of the people where it thickens cervical mucous so the sperm can't reach the egg, etc. Basically the same as the previous step, but slightly more sophisticated self-deception.
Or, contrariwise, maybe you'll convince yourself that it's the estrogen threshold shift that induces menstruation regardless of ovulatio and/or embryo implantation. But on that note, you pretty much have to try to only have sex with the lights out for the sole purposes of procreation. Fuckin' pervs.

Under HIPAA, pregnancy status is Protected Health Information and, technically, you aren't allowed to hear what the doctor tells her, unless the Covered Entity (i.e., the doctor, in this example) has been specifically and explicitly instructed to disclose the information to a third party.
HHS slapped a few organizations with PHI violations (and rather large fines) related to nonpatients being in the room (with the patient's permission) and the health information disclosed going beyond what the patient anticipated.
So, she will probably be told you aren't allowed in. If you go with her to the appointment, you will probably be told you aren't allowed in. Probably neither of you will be told about HIPAA release paperwork for third-party disclosure directives, since it's safer and more convenient for the doc to just not fuck with all that.

You can find people selling positive pregnancy tests (and/or pregnant women's urine) in pretty much any/every military town in my experience. Go check Australian craigslist (gumtree? kijiji?) and you can probably find a few ads you can report right now (assuming they've been banned). There are also "prank" pregnancy tests that are always positive. Or various things you can add to your own urine to get a (false) positive result.
This is really only a concern if she's cares to keep the victim around.
And if the victim starts asking why the pregnancy seems to be delayed, the conception and due dates don't line up, etc. there are various ways to handwave that. I think the most depraved I've read was the girl who turned on the waterworks and tearfully explained that she'd had miscarriage (aside: she hadn't), but he'd been so happy about her being pregnant (aside: he wasn't) that she'd kept it a secret and gotten pregnant again.
Women have had people be murdered by lynch mobs rather than admit to lying about sex.
Maybe she just wanted to freak you out, but you (really) were so unexpectedly happy about it that she realized how fucked up the "prank" is... and now she's continuing to play along because revealing the truth will be the end of the relationship and she has to line up her escape dick.

Not our problem. If we didnt consent to the child, its not our child and she is using our sexuality in a way that we didnt consent to.
Your accident is your problem. You can go and abort.
Legal way out must be provided for us, bo matter the cost to women or their society. Way that 100% safeguards our emotions, money, assets, and legal standing.

Nope. We must be about our needs first, not female needs before our own.
If she has a problem with us achieving our needs and goals, well too bad. Why should we always sacrifice?

I speak for every guy I know when I say that we would love a male birth control pill. The one that was in the news recently had extreme side effects beyond what any male or female should tolerate, so we're back to waiting.

that is being worked on, albeit feminists do take a piss. There were some issues with psychological problems in clinical testing, so it was halted for a time. So, in due time, I do hope that paternity scamming will cease to be possible.
you dont HAVE to. Noone is FORCING you. Of course, guys might choose another woman for sex, but you are not exactly entitled to having sex with any given man more, than he is entitled to having sex with you.
You are also not entitled to results of his work: money and assets. Those must be treated just as much of our castle, as your vagina is treated as your castle nowadays. Want those sweet dollars? You know, there's that thing called "working", and everyone does that - you can too. He might see you as a sex partner, but that doesnt exactly give you right to assume you are good enough to be a life partner, or that he wants/needs you as that kind of partner.
