During Mac Donald’s speech, a few students came to the front of the room and unfurled large banners, including one written entirely in Spanish and another that read “We won’t be silenced.”

They go and protest and do everything to disrupt the thing, and don't want to be silenced. Clown world. The fascists calling their victims fascists.

I stopped watching that video after I heard a heckler shout "Not everyone knows what rape is!" I'm sure Heather Mac Donald made some good points, but I've been reading her for 15 years so I already know what she's going to say. I don't feel like suffering through 20 minutes of dumb comments like that.

The audience were so unbelievably ignorant, childish and obnoxious - it is astonishing that even knowing what we know about how ridiculously insane colleges are these days it is hard to believe they got into university in the first place.

I have one quibble though. She said:

And this is partially true. The presumption of innocence predates by a very long time the Anglo-American jurisprudence. It is a fundamental piece of most judicial system in the world and has been for a long time.

This stems in the idea that America is soooo special in its liberty and what not. This is far from being the case. Furthermore, it weakens the argument. The presumption of innocence is so important, so central that it has been recognized as such everywhere around the world and since a very long time.

The presumption of innocence was originally expressed by the French cardinal and canonical jurist Jean Lemoine in the phrase "item quilbet presumitur innocens nisi probetur nocens (a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty)", based on the legal inference that most people are not criminals.

I feel its cases like this where Radicalism should be met with Radicalism and its one example that shows feminism doesn't want an open forum in anything that goes against their views.

This is why I feel its totally acceptable to be pissed off and angry as a man in this age. That anger has led to bringing more attention to our cause and has fueled getting the gears slowly moving to being about change.

Femninsts use the stat of rape allegations (Every allegation, whether it was proved, convicted or if there was no investigation) as the statistical amount of rapes which happen.

They then use the stat of proved false allegations for their statistical claim that only 2% of rape cases are false allegations.

They look at two different statistic types (One total number of cases, the other only proved false allegations) to put their point across. Its disengenuous
