I remember when gymnasium representatives came to my school to talk about their school so we would apply. Some of them takes about how the female students could come to the school for a day of getting to know the school and fun activities with food n stuff but male student weren’t allowed

Female applicants are already given priority for interviews so I think this has more to do with virtue signalling down the line to try and get more students (ie girls) enrolled.

I'd expect some young men to choose alternative institutions to study at, since they should be aware that capitulation to intersectional feminism only results in further concessions. The brightest have the entire world to choose from.

If you hire people into jobs they are not qualified for - a few things happen :

Everybody around them can see they are ‘diversity hires’

The women themselves are now trapped - they can not be promoted nor change jobs like other employees.

So they become bitter.

And will create reasons why they are entitled to the jobs that were created as a form of charity.

you will never get rid of this kind of program.

Gentlemen: while i recognize the inequities here, my question is: what do you propose women do otherwise?

Women and men both have their respective strong suits, they’re not really able to go work on a ship or work effectively at trades, etc.

I certainly do not believe academia would benefit from an exclusive female invasion, but this kind of work is well suited for their particular qualities.

So while it’s ridiculous that any organization would limit their pool of potential hires, women in the air conditioned work place is not some random power grab; where else can they really go?

What do you propose women do instead?

This is not a particularly pc assertion, but it’s realistic, and that’s the standard that matters in my book.
