Avoid cunts. Some women are decent, some are not. It's gonna be a little tough, but if you notice someone with a shitty behavior/personality, most likely you'd want to avoid them.

You honestly can’t. When I was younger a girl in elementary school told the principal that I said I was going to rape her just because me and her got into an arguement. You literally can’t avoid it. Females know they can pull that card at any moment and it can effect your social life, your job, etc. Also yeah I had a girl that cheated on me twice in our relationship and she was a sociopath but made me look like the bad guy, so I feel that. I don’t hate women like some people think of this subreddit, I just know how it is from experience.

You'll be much, much safer if you simply avoid girls that are attending university - your university in particular, but other universities as well.

If a girl wants to falsely accuse you and she isn't attending university, she can't bring a Title IX complaint. Her only option is to go to the police - they are much more sensible about this stuff, men still have legal rights there (but you don't under Title IX) and the burden of proof is still "beyond reasonable doubt".

It's not 100% safe, but it is much, much safer than dealing with a girl at university.

I doubt this will be popular advice, but abstinence until marriage really is the way to go. Also, restrict your time with a woman to public places until you REALLY get to know that woman.

from what I've seen on this subreddit

- Keep your chat logs forever(before and after texts), don't use snapchat and other apps where the messages are deleted.

- maybe record your phone calls (and back them up forever? )(may not be always legal to record or present recordings as evidence)

- don't have sex with intoxicated women

- don't have sex while you are intoxicated

- do things out in public, with friends(not just her friends)

- no matter how desperate/horny ask your self, could she be a crazy person? what is her past history of dating? is she on good terms with exes? or does she talk shit about all of them?

- maybe have a voice recorder in your bedroom, and take her to your place. (video recording may be to far and make you seem like a pervert in front of a judge or her)

I trust your judgement to sift through the wheat and the chaff, but I want to add to this with a question of my own:

You mentioned marriage. Why would you get married?

I'm genuinely serious here. Divorce is ridiculously stacked against you as a man. I'm not saying you shouldn't look for a woman you'd want to spend your life with, but I strongly advise against getting married. Its a bad deal for men. Even prenups can't fully protect you.

Other than my question, my advice is simple: "Be aware of people. Don't trust your first, or even second impression of them. Get to know the people you interact with, especially if you happen to observe them in a situation where they're not interacting with you. You can tell a lot about a person when they're not focused on you and your impression of them.

Learned back in grade school that girls were given power to have boys beat by authorities at slightest whims. Found solution to this problem by not interacting with my girl classmates at all. Continued this through HS. At town dance parties I'd mix & 'play' with girls from out-of-town but not with my own school classmates.

In college I adopted a modified version of this, comfortably socially interacting with my college's coeds but would not allow them to get me anywhere private. Waited until my Sophomore year to be sure I'd figured out risks and safety, then dove into wide-ranging sex with coeds from other colleges and towns.

That's the trick. It's only the women from your college that are empowered to ruin your life on a whim. Be civil to coeds from your college, so as to not anger them, but do not show the slightest sexual awareness of them. There's plenty of horny interested women from other colleges and towns. If your city has more than one college, then you have a full pool to play in. You don't even need to look, they'll find you.

Its a challenge for a young guy like you , which in itself is a damning of western society. At least you are aware that some women make false accusations about rape that's a good start. Avoid women who are obviously at the left wing nut job feminist end of the spectrum, altogether. Avoid situations where you are alone with them as much as you can, meet in groups, or with another person, leave meeting room doors open. As far as sex is concerned be discerning about your partners, avoid men haters and toxic feminists , besides they are probably crap in bed anyway. Avoid being drunk, it impairs your judgement and performance, avoid your partner being drunk , less believable if she later says she wasn't 100% and you took advantage coz she was drunk. I think its great that you are continuing your education , it will help with your future career options, its a shame that guys like you have to deal with all this toxic crap from women at the same time. There are some good tips in this thread. But there's no way to fully protect yourself. I got accused of "abuse" from some girl I never slept with, when she was obsessed with me. She is a mean-spirited liar, so while she never said explicitly I raped her, she was able to shock other people by subtly implying it.

The best protection is to just swear off women. But since that's not realistic for most guys,

- Monitor yourself digitally at all times. Save all emails, text messages, letters FOREVER. Back them up to the cloud so they're never lost, and so they're more reliable (timestamped and held by a third party). You can get apps that will automatically back up your text messages to the cloud.

- Never sleep with a girl after she drinks or takes drugs. Even if you have a long sexual history of trust! (GF is probably OK. Unless she's a feminist.) I've read stories of women crying rape after not remembering having sex the previous night.

- Stay away from strongly feminist women and feminist hotspots (like left-leaning activist groups). If you are accused of anything (even minor things), you will get kicked out of groups if the group is run by feminists.

- Never assume that a woman is not a crazy sociopath beneath the surface layers of niceness. You can never tell, and you'll never see a false accusation coming.

- It might be illegal, but a voice recording of sexual encounters can negate any false claims she makes about a sexual encounter. If you don't trust a girl, this is a must. (You should probably not be around a girl you distrust in the first place, though).

- Use Google maps' GPS ability to record your whereabouts at all times. Makes for a great alibi when she lies about times and dates where she was with you.

False accusations are pretty rare, just like actual sexual assault. Most people live their lives without ever being raped or falsely accused of raping anyone. Panic about this topic is not warranted. Relax.

In college you can avoid almost all uncomfortable or harmful situations by keeping quiet about your beliefs. Don't confront progressives, they're vicious animals who will try to ruin you if they find out you're not one of them, and falsely accusing you of stuff is part of this tactic, so if you don't confront them you eliminate most of the already pretty low chance of getting accused of something you didn't commit.

You can have relationships, you don't have to live like a hermit, just look out for red flags when choosing your partners. Avoid progressives (feminism is a subgroup of progressivism and you should avoid them too obviously) and girls who are too capricious, so to speak. If you're really paranoid avoid girls who have feminist friends who might talk them into doing something idiotic. You should probably look up articles in the manosphere about the most common red flags that a girl is dangerous to interact with. But don't be too paranoid, most women out there are still somewhat sane, those who'd falsely accuse you of something are just one in a hundred.

That's bullshit. You never know when you'll meet someone you fall in love with, so it doesn't make sense to wait until some arbitrary point where you "become a man" and "discover your true identity".

Just be careful, don't stick your dick in crazy, don't have one-night stands and be a decent guy. False rape accusations, like legit rape accusations, are quite rare.
