She may have been arrested, the video proves her guilt, but the courts will still probably give her a suspended sentence even if she's convicted, and whether the DA will take this to court is an open question.

At least there's that. I'm still expecting her to get a Pussy Pass (e.g. something without jail time or likely even a significant fee or community service), but we'll see. And perhaps it's an improvement that the police got involved at all. Too often law enforcers (police, DA, etc.) don't even take it seriously enough to arrest or to press charges

She deserves to be punished. Not only did she sexually assault someone, but the way she gloated about it so remorselessly afterwards shows she's likely to be a repeat offender: evidently she has the will to sexually assault, has no qualms against sexual assault, and expects to get away with it. People like that need to be taught that they won't get away with it

I just want to take a second and say how happy I feel right now. This is not, and should not, ever be okay. Sexual assault is sexual assault. The law should not be discriminatory against gender. This is a huge step seeing as how well know Owen is as a reporter. No matter your political feelings towards him this is a huge step for Men’s Rights. I hope this gets spread far and wide. Men are just as susceptible to sexual assault, rape, abuse, depression, and any other of the numerous afflictions we go through. Stay strong. If you see something like this happen again, say something. Bring attention to it. It’s the only way to end this horrendous normality of sexual assault against men.
