So my friend has 50/50 custody of his 2 kids, 6 year old girl and 4 year old boy. Without telling him his ex checked into a rehab that allows you to bring your children. He found out today when he showed up to her mothers house for his 4 day weekend with the kids. So he went to the rehab immediately, showed them the custody papers, and the staff told him to leave or they would call the police. The director of the rehab actually told him that the mom needs the kids for emotional support right now. Uhh.. are they fucking golden retrievers?! He called his kids teachers and they were not in school all week. No one bothered to notify him. We looked into the rehab and all staff are CORI checked but they allow residents with all types of criminal backgrounds. He contacted his attorney and there is an emergency hearing tomorrow.

I know not every kid has 2 parents but I wonder how many kids in that rehab are being kept from a normal life with their dad...

Just had to vent. Because this is bullshit.
