I think if you falsely accuse someone of rape you should get the sentence they would have got as well as have to register as a sex offender when you get out, or if not the sex offender list, make a new one. They should have to go door to door and tell people to watch out for them the same way sex offenders do

Lying about rape should be a mandatory life in prison or death sentence. To falsely accuse someone of rape is to attempt to destroy their lives. If you try to destroy someone's life like that, yours should end.
