Only one year in prison when the two men she accused would have been doing football numbers? I would argue this is still a pussypass, she got off way too easily, and unlike those two men this isn't going to follow her around the rest of her life. Plus she wasn't even ordered to pay these men restitution when I'm sure they lost their scholarship.

Only got a year?! She should get at least equal the sentence of the other two guys. She willingly put someone else’s life ahead of her own and was willing to put them behind for an extended period of time. She pled guilty to three charges all of which carry a maximum sentence of 1 year in jail. The maximum she could have been sentenced to is 3 years in prison.

I'm not sure which is the bigger failure of justice. The fact that she only got 1 year out of 3 or the fact that 3 was the maximum for this situation.
