My position is that the law should adjust to fit the people, not the people to the law. This means that there will indeed be different treatment of men and women under the law because, since men and women are different, different treatment is necessarily to be determined on a case-by-case basis, but a one-size-fits-all approach is absolutely wrong.

That is my stance. I strongly support jurisprudence and what it stands for; The fair and even handed application of justice. This is not the same as "treating everyone equal".
